Vermis hypoplasia with an enlarged fourth ventricle communicating with the cisterna magna. There is rotation of the hypoplastic cerebellar vermis and upward displacement of the torcular herophili. Associated agenesis of the corpus callosum with colpocephaly (appearance of disproportionate enlargement of the occipital horns).
