Large posterior fossa cyst communicating with the 4th ventricle, associated with cerebellar and vermian hypoplasia.
Markedly dilated ventricular system.
Case Discussion
One year old with delayed motor milestones. Head CT shows the classic appearance of Dandy-Walker malformation with concomitant hydrocephalus, which is a very common finding, occuring in 70-90% of cases.
