AP CXR obtained in the EM department ICU shows a deeply positioned ETT arching into the right main bronchus. An ill-defined opacity can be also observed in the medial right middle zone - may represent atelectasis.
Case Discussion
Early position control after transfer prevented further complications such as the collapse of the left lung.
