Female patient with limping and shortened left lower limb

Patient Data

Age: 18 months
Gender: Female

Dislocated left hip with smaller size of the femoral epiphysis. Left acetabulum is shallow and underdeveloped.

Case Discussion

Typical imaging findings of developmental dysplasia of the hip. Acetabular angle and Shenton line are abnormal.
