A radio-opacity projected over the right cardio-phrenic angle. The right cardio-phrenic angle is preserved.

Upper gastrointestinal contrasted fluoroscopy demonstrates the gastroesophageal junction and gastric fundus are displaced above the esophageal hiatus.
