A well circumscribed high T2, partially FLAIR suppressing mass in the right superior frontal gyrus is present with elevated choline peak and myoinositol. Features are in keeping with low-grade glioma.

Case Discussion

Note: IDH mutation status is not provided in this case and according to the current (2016) WHO classification of CNS tumors, this tumor would, therefore, be designated as a probable diffuse astrocytoma NOS.
