Presentation

Known metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse patchy sclerosis of the entire imaged skeleton. 

Known abdominal aortic ectasia (soft tissue window and multiphase recons not shown).

Case Discussion

While a plethora of cancers can form bone metastases, prostate cancer is one of the select few that can cause such almost uniform osteoblastic skeletal dissemination.
