History of diffuse B cell lymphoma, s/p chemotherapy with EPOCH regimen

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
Nuclear medicine

Diffuse increased FDG uptake in all the bones likely from bone marrow reconversion, either from chemotherapy and/or if patient is receiving colony stimulating factors.

This pattern is not from metastatic disease, being so uniform.

Case Discussion

One needs to know the chemotherapy regimen, timing of last dose and if patient is receiving colony stimulating factors, which make this appearance especially likely 1.
