Presentation

The patient complains of pain in the right wrist, a history of hit by heavy metal at work today, on examination: tenderness at the right wrist.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows fracture in the right distal radius.

No significant displacement is seen.

Case Discussion

This case presents distal radial fracture, no clear intraarticular extension, no significant displacement is seen.

This case needs only a splint for 4-6 weeks and the result generally is good.
