Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma presented with shortness of breath after initiation of chemotherapy.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

First study: Pre-chemotherapy (ABVD).

Second study: Three months after initiation of chemotherapy. Bilateral posterior and basal subpleural consolidative patches with interstitial thickening on both upper and lower lobes.

Case Discussion

CT scan of the chest demonstrates drug induced interstitial lung disease (ILD).
