19 mm solid lesion lateral in the left breast was confirmed on ultrasound and biopsy confirmed IDC. A smaller solid IDC focus is seen deep to the larger lesion.
Case Discussion
This patient had a palpable mass lateral in the left breast. The density far lateral in the left breast was a palpable IDC. A second smaller IDC is visible deeper to the first. Also demonstrated are multiple foci of DCIS calcification at sites in the breast. Typical DCIS calcifications.
