Ductus arteriosus aneurysm

25-year old male patient complains of hoarseness of voice, his laryngoscopy revealed left vocal cord paralysis, CT chest was performed to exclude pathology to the left recurrent laryngeal nerve, which revealed aortic saccular aneurysm, The patient had a history of prior cardiac surgery for congenital heart disease, however precise surgical details weren't available at the time of the exam.
