Presentation

Weight loss and bilious vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ct

Infiltrative tumoral stricture is noted in the 3 rd part of the duodenum with the involvement of the pancreas head and causing gastric and proximal duodenal distention. There are also several periduodenal enlarged lymph nodes.

Ring artifact is evident.

Features are consistent with duodenal adenocarcinoma, which was confirmed pathologically.
