Duplicated renal collecting system with ectopic ureter

Complete duplicated renal collecting system is seen at the left side. The upper pole moiety ureter inserts inferomedial to the normal position (ectopia). The ectopic ureter inserts into the urethra. Pelviectasis and hydroureter of the upper pole is noted due to obstruction.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent of duplicated renal collecting system with ectopic ureter at the left side.
