Dural venous sinus thrombosis

Above knee amputation, hypercalcemia, leg DVT.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Discrete filling defect in the superior sagittal sinus consistent with a thrombus. Subsequently shown to resolve on the MR venogram.
