Note the bubbly appearance of the mass involving the left mesial temporal lobe, a characteristic appearance of DNET.

Case Discussion

The bubbly appearance of the mass is a characteristic appearance of a dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNET). Unfortunately histological proof is not available
