Deficiency the central digits of the foot giving the appearance of a "claw-like" conformation.

There are two rays on the left and three on the right, but with the distal phalanges of the second ray absent. Normal appearances of the talus and calcaneum bilaterally. One further tarsal bone ossified on the left and two on the right.
