There is a bony outgrowth in the medial distal femoral metaphysis that points away from the knee joint and shows medullary continuity with femur bone, consistent with osteochondroma. In addition, there is an intramedullary lucent lesion seen in the femoral metaphysis associated with chondroid matrix compatible with enchondroma.
Case Discussion
This case shows a combination of two benign entities in the same bone with their typical radiographic appearance, an enchondroma and osteochondroma.
