Gender: Female

Well defined lytic expansile lesion with narrow transitional zone is noted at distal phalanx of 3rd finger, associated with lucent fracture line.

Case Discussion

Well defined lytic expansile lesion with narrow transitional zone of distal phalanx of 3rd finger is the most likely compatible with enchondroma which is associated with pathologic fracture.
