Patient Data
Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.
Multiple well-defined lytic lesions in the shafts of the small bones of the left hand.
Multiple well-defined lytic lesions are noted in the shafts of the small bones of the left hand. All these lesions show high signal on T2-weighted images and low T1 signal. These show lobulated appearance with mild endosteal scalloping and cortical expansion. No associated perilesional edema is seen. No abnormal extra-osseous soft tissue is seen.
Case Discussion
These represent multiple benign chondroid lesions (enchondromas), consistent with Ollier disease.
