Right inguinal swelling.

Patient Data

Gender: Male

There is a non-compressible, non-reducible, anechoic, encysted lesion in inguinal canal; reaching to the testis. Testis and epididymis are normal; separate from the lesion.

Case Discussion

Inguinal swelling that shows characteristic ultrasound features of encysted hydrocele of the spermatic cord.
