Both testes are normal in size outline and echotexture. Mild fluid seen surrounding the left testis. A cystic lesion is seen along the left spermatic cord without communication to peritoneum or peritesticular fluid which suggests an encysted hydrocele.
Note small cyst in the head of right epididymis.
Case Discussion
Features are in keeping with left spermatic cord encysted hydrocele. Note, it is separated from, and located above, the testis and the epididymis.
