A large fundal endometrial lesion with oval shape, heterogeneous hyperechoic texture and extends through the endometrial cavity. It is averaging 2.5 cm in cross-section and 4 cm in length. It shows a prominent central feeding artery through its pedicle. 

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of an endometrial polyp. It clearly shows the pedicle artery sign, which supplies the endometrial polyp through its pedicle. visualization of a vascular pedicle is 76% sensitive and 95% specific for endometrial polyps 1.
