ultrasound

A round echogenic endometrial-depending structure is observed wih pedicle artery sign.

Free fluid in the Douglas pouch.

Case Discussion

An endometrial polyp can mimic uterine leiomyoma, endometrial hyperplasia, and endometrial carcinoma.

Pedicle artery sign is the most specific of an endometrial polyp.
