Presentation

Pain of the left thigh

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female

There is a well-defined intramedullary lytic lesion in the femoral diaphysis with endosteal scalloping and a solid periosteal reaction. No cortical breach or adjacent soft tissue mass.
