The left testis and epididymis are large and hyperemic.
Case Discussion
The left testis is larger than the right. Where there is size discrepancy, look for a mass or evidence of inflammation. In this case, there is no mass and hypervascularity. There is also associated engorgement and hypervascularity of the epididymis.
