Acute left iliac fossa pain. Ultrasound examination revealed no specific findings. Contrast-enhanced CT was performed.

Abnormal fat density in left iliac fossa adjacent to the sigmoid colon - led to the diagnosis of epiploic appendagitis.
Other: left renal calculus, splenule.

Patient was managed conservatively with IV antibiotics.
