Ethmoidal mucocele

Expansile lesion of left anterior ethmoid cells with thinning of the right lamina papyracea and orbital extension. No obvious bone destruction. No proptosis.
The left frontal recess is blocked by the lesion and left frontal sinus is totally opacified.
Case Discussion
This lesion was resected. Diagnosis of ethmoid mucocele is confirmed.
