Presentation

Right wrist pain on the ulnar aspect for 8 to 10 months. No trauma. Wrist radiographs are not available.

Gender: Female

Extensor carpi ulnaris (ECU) tendon

  • ​mildly thickened and rounded

Tendon sheath of extensor carpi ulnaris tendon

  • thickening
  • local hypervascularity present       

Dynamic study of the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon

  • no subluxation or dislocation
