Small and deformed left auricle with complete loss of hearing from this side.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Female

Complete atresia of left external auditory canal associated with dysmorphic auricle.
​The left inner and middle ear are well-formed.
The right external auditory canal appears unremarkable.

Case Discussion

Radiology report should include the inner, middle and external ear and other possible lesions or vascular courses to aid ENT surgeon for reconstruction.
