Motorcycle accident.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

CT images are showing multiple facial fractures distributed on the right face: 

- mandibular body in both sides, on the right involving the alveolar process and the first and second molar teeth; on the left involving the mental foramen and the alveolar process of the first premolar tooth. 

- mandibular angle on the right associated with ramus displacement. 

- right zygomatic arch (which presents angulated) and right orbital face of the zygomatic bone; fracture also in the union of the frontal process of the zygomatic bone and the zygomatic process of the frontal bone. 

- right sphenoid bone.

- maxilla on the right : anterior and posterior walls of the maxillary sinus, as well as the orbital floor. 

There is mild pneumocranium on the right and hemosinus. Brain parenchyma is unremarkable (not shown).
