Thickening of the falx cerebri and the left tentorium cerebelli in keeping with subdural haemtaoma. 

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates the importance of reviewing traumatic head injury scans in multiple planes and with subdural windows - makes finding these types of subdural hematomas much easier.
