Painful hip movements at left side

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Osseous bump is noted at the left femoral head-neck junctions (pistol grip deformity appearance) consistent with cam-type femoroacetabular impingement. Right hip joint and bones appear normal. Os acetabuli is also seen at anterosuperior margin of left acetabulum.
