Huge bilobed pelvic mass with minor calcification in continuity with the uterus.

Case Discussion

Fibroids (leiomyomas) of the uterus can reach huge sizes as they are slow growing. The key to diagnosis is continuity with the uterus with heterogeneity of density and calcification.
