Presentation

Cranial asymmetry, bulged posteriorly.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

There is an ill-defined expansile bone lesion in occipital bones, shows ground glass matrix, abutting foramen magnum anteriorly and mastoid air cells laterally, involving the outer table of skull bone, which bulged posteriorly, no bony destruction.
