Complete chronic ACL tear.

Complex tear involving posterior horn and body of the lateral meniscus with a large displaced meniscal fragment, lying posterior to the anterior horn of lateral meniscus and in lateral aspects of intercondylar notch consistent with a bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus.

Complex tear of the posterior horn of medial meniscus with grade III signal changes, likely reaching femoral as well as tibial articular surfaces.

Medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) appears irregular with intrasubstance fat, likely sequelae of prior sprain.

Cortical irregularity with remodeling of lateral tibial condyle, likely sequelae of old fracture.

Marginal osteophytes along lateral tibiofemoral articular aspects.
