Well-defined segment VI/VII liver lesion that has mild elevated T2 signal, no fat content, and is hypervascular on arterial phase and tends to get homogeneous with the background parenchyma. On Primovist delayed phase it up takes the contrast and has a slightly elevated signal compared to the background liver. The scar is hyperintense on T2 and does not retain contrast.
