Neck pain after falling.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

No fracture, but foramen arcuate atlantis (arcuate foramen) as an incidental finding. Furthermore, notice the elongation of the styloid processes, which may cause Eagle syndrome. And obviously a history of ventral fusion of C3/4.
