Presentation

Penetrating injury to leg - medial aspect - 20 years back. Palpable nodule present for 20 years. For last few years, it seems to move down towards heel.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Linear foreign body (thorn) with surrounding granuloma in medial distal leg subcutaneous plane. It is superficial to the posterior tibial artery.
