Dedicated images for the orbits show a well-defined and lobulated dense lesion within the floor of the left frontal paranasal sinus. The remainder study is unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with an incidental found paranasal sinus osteoma, a common benign tumor. The diagnosis was achieved only based on the imaging features, a less likely differential to include would be an osteoblastoma.
