A well-defined, dense, corticated lesion in the right frontal sinus.

A well-defined, dense, pedunculated lesion within the right frontal sinus. No evidence of obstruction of the sinus or of erosion through either the outer or inner wall of the sinus.

 

Case Discussion

Frontal sinus osteomas comprise 80% of paranasal sinus osteomas and as such, are common incidental findings on head radiographs and CT studies.
