Presentation

Orbital swelling for two months and chronic headache.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ct

Well-defined, dense bone density mass lesion within left frontal sinus extending to left ethmoidal sinus causing relative expansion of the mentioned sinuses. It is involving the roof of the left orbit.

Features are of fronto-ethmoidal osteoma.
