Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

The gallbladder is distended and contains innumerable stones. Soft tissue mass lesion at the gallbladder funds, with slight irregularity of the involved wall but no gross extramural extension. 

Case Discussion

Gallbladder mass with some malignant features in addition to chronic calculus cholecystitis was suggested. This turned out to be pathologically proved as adenocarcinoma.
