Age: 50
Gender: Male

CT Abdomen and Pelvis

CT shows hepatomegaly with multiple secondary hypodense  lesions, there is a infiltrative tumor mass surrounding the gallbladder, in which there is a gallstone. Dilated intrahepatic biliary radicals. Pancreas, adrenals and spleen densitometric looking normal. Tumoral lymphadenopathy peri-pancreatic and intercavoaortic.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates a gallbladder cancer with liver  and retroperitoneal lymphnodes spread, producing  dilated intrahepatic bile duct.
