Ganglioglioma

A large cortical-based right frontal mass lesion expressing homogeneous hyperintense signal on T1, hypointense signal on T2, diffuse homogeneous post-contrast enhancement, and restricted diffusion. It is indenting the third ventricles with mild dilatation of both lateral ventricles. It is extending to the contralateral left frontal fossa.
