Gartner duct cyst

Presentation

Pelvic pain, dyspareunia.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a well defined cystic lesion in anterolateral aspect of proximal vagina, above the level of symphysis pubis.  It appears hypointense in T1W images, hyperintense T2W images.

Also noted small periurethral cyst.

Cystic lesion in superior portion of vagina, anterolaterally, suggestive of Gartner duct cyst.
