Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the gastric cardia, subcardia, and proximal of the lesser curvature.
Several lymphadenopathy with SAD less than 28 mm are noted in the vicinity of the diseased segment.
A few small cysts are seen in the liver less than 5 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Gastric mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathy.
