Gastric outlet obstruction due to pyloric adenocarcinoma

Presentation

Work up for dyspepsia, vomiting, and recent weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the pylorus causing gastric outlet obstruction and distention. 

A few small cortical and parapelvic cysts are seen in the kidneys.
