Barium

Single spot image from an upper GI study. There is a  mildly radiodense filling defect in the gastric lumen. Barium can pass by the filling defect into the duodenum.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. They may be intramural or intraluminal (as in this case).
