Gastrointestinal bleeding

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

A rounded ulcerated mass protruding into the lumen of the stomach, and a small exophytic component. Surrounding fat is intact. No regional lymphadenopathy.

Simple right renal cyst noted.
